ProfessionalOfficeHours.com grew out of a need to find a time and cost efficient way of scheduling appointments with clients in a practice environment with limited or non-existent support staff. The task of scheduling appointments between client sessions or after hours can easily become unmanageable when equally busy clients are difficult to reach despite numerous back and forth calls. After hearing these frustrations from other colleagues and clients alike for the past few years, T. Dianne Macpherson has made a commitment to provide a reliable resource to busy professionals and their clients & patients to rectify this practice nightmare.

T. Dianne Macpherson, LCSW, CAS has spent almost 25 years in clinical practice in a variety of settings, including forensic mental health services, inpatient and outpatient chemical dependency programs, as well as many years in part-time and full-time private practice. She has also been a researcher, trainer and guest lecturer on a variety of topics related to mental health and special education with a specialty in trauma related disorders. She also provided clinical case management services for 7 years in the managed care industry, which offered a unique insight into the clinical and practice needs of mental health practitioners in 16 states. In addition to her clinical activities while employed in the managed care industry, she developed a significant expertise in designing electronic tools to assist clinicians with standardizing documentation procedures. With extensive training in HIPAA and the more stringent guidelines for maintaining clinical records, she is committed to adhering to the current industry standards regarding privacy and security of personal health information, which are maintained throughout this site.
